Mareco Edwards
As a general practice attorney, and a licensed property and casualty insurance agent, Mareco Edwards is recognized for his ability to strategically assist clients in identifying and solving problems. Mareco serves as counsel for large, high-growth clients in various industries and assists them in proactively minimizing risk through sound legal advice and creative risk mitigation.
Currently, Mareco serves as outside legal counsel for Airport Minority Advisory Council, the only national organization whose sole mission is to advocate for minorities and women who work in and around airports across the United States.
In 2016, Mareco served as Risk Counsel for the 2016 Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, Mareco had direct responsibility for managing all aspects of the insurance and risk management program for the convention. Mareco also provided legal support to both the local Philadelphia Host committee, and the Democratic National Convention Committee.
Mareco is a graduate of Howard University, and the University of Baltimore School of law.
